Asbestos Management Plan

The Cheatham County Board of Education is providing notice, as required by the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA), 40 CFR Part 763, Subpart E, that all schools in our district have been inspected for asbestos-containing materials. In compliance with federal law and Tennessee Department of Education requirements, an asbestos management plan has been developed and is maintained for each school facility.
