Jared Greece
Music Class

Ashland City Elementary is a very diverse learning environment. This helps to create a more rounded student, and also helps to meet the needs of each child's unique learning style. Music is one part of the school's experience. Music is proven to aid in many aspects of a child's education.

The music classes are not lecture driven, instead it places emphasis on new experiences. Hands on lessons put instruments like the guitar, bass, drums, xylophones into the hands of the students. There is no cost or fees for this program, therefore every child gets the same opportunities. Mr. Greece, the school's music educator, is also certified to teach using the Little Kids Rock method of teaching music. Students will also be learning to sing a varied repertoire of music, and dancing.

If you have any questions, or need advice on purchasing an instrument for your child, feel free to contact Mr. G at jared.greece@ccstn.org. We are hoping to add more instruments to our program in the next year. We are looking for a way to get ukulele's to add to our program in the near future.
